About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Content Management Specialist – Gaming to create, manage and optimize promotional content across BetMGM and Borgata casino and poker platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, and a commitment to accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities- Build, test and publish content across BetMGM, Borgata, Wheel of Fortune and/or Party Casino casino and poker sites on desktop and mobile app.
- Own and monitor sites for accuracy, functionality and overall user experience.
- Manage multiple promotional campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure all content meets regulatory and compliance standards across supported markets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, operations and project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient content delivery.
- Support rollout of new features, tools and site capabilities as they are launched.
- Become a subject‑matter expert on emerging CMS/Sitecore features, engagement tools and platform enhancements.
- Contribute to team initiatives and process improvements while effectively managing individual queue via Workfront.
- 1–3 years working with a content management system (Sitecore strongly preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Casino and/or poker industry experience preferred.
- Understanding of online gaming platforms a plus.
- Workfront experience a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask, follow structured workflows and adapt to shifting priorities.
The hourly pay range for this position is $26.15 to $32.70. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance‑based bonus plan.
Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship. At this time, this role is not eligible for immigration‑related employment authorization sponsorship including H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN, OPT, etc.
Gaming Compliance & Licensing RequirementsAs an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. The licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history and personal background verification.
Candidates must also comply with and support BetMGM's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.
