• Provide courteous customer service, answer questions, and facilitate parking for guests.
• Collect payment for parking services and handle cash accurately.
• Control traffic flow at entrances and exits as needed.
• Maintain neat and clean uniform and appearance at all times.
• Give directions and help guests find locations within the venue.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility or Senior Manager.
• Communicate debris, spills, and other conditions to management.
• Count money at shift start, maintain cash security, and verify shift totals.

• High school education or equivalent experience, training, or a combination thereof.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends.
• Ability to read simple instructions, communicate verbally, and write simple correspondence.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with two‑digit numbers).
• Ability to maintain a neat appearance and stay in uniform.
• Ability to stand, walk, handle cash, lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary Wage
: $18.50 to $19.20 per hour. Tips may be earned in addition to the posted rate.
