Position: Production Operations Coordinator (Bilingual)

A leading entertainment and media company is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of original audio and content productions. This role serves as a key operational partner between internal teams, external creators, production vendors, and content stakeholders to ensure projects move efficiently from pre-production through release.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate production activities and schedules across multiple content projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, talent, and production vendors.
  • Manage production assets, metadata, documentation, and project tracking systems.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure content launches on schedule.
  • Support onboarding and communication with external production partners and service providers.
  • Troubleshoot production and scheduling issues and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Content, Production, Operations, and Metadata.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting across internal databases and content management systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience in production coordination, publishing, media, entertainment, content operations, or a related field.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM, project management, or content management platforms such as Airtable, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with evolving priorities.
