* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
* Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in financial services.
* A desire to engage in collaboration and problem solving across varying topics and with various counter parties.
* Interest in finance and investing.
* Robust multi-tasking skills and the ability to succeed in balancing short and long term deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be a team player.
* Working knowledge of fixed income markets, macroeconomic trends, and key economic indicators is a plus.

Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $95,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
