Position: Director, Business Process Enablement, Investment Operations (Hybrid/Newark, NJ)
* Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows
* Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
* Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms
* Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions
* Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives
* Establish best practices for process documentation and governance
* Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement
* 10+ years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations transformation
* Experience with low-code / no-code platforms
* Experience with Tableau and Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools
* Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows
* Experience enabling process change through technology solutions
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from **$150,000 to $165,000.
