Position: Manager, Business Process Enablement, Investment Operations (Hybrid/Newark, NJ)
* Support end-to-end analysis of current-state investment operations processes, identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
* Assist in the design and documentation of future-state process flows aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
* Translate business requirements into well-documented enablement needs and functional specifications
* Support identification and use of low-code / no-code platforms, workflow tools, and automation to improve operational efficiency
* Partner with stakeholders across various business lines on testing, validation, etc.
* Support change management efforts by preparing process documentation, training materials, and adoption tools
* Maintain standards and best practices for process documentation and governance
* Identify continuous-improvement opportunities as processes and platforms evolve
* Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, and/or operations transformation
* Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools
* Experience with low-code / no-code platforms
* Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows
* Experience supporting technology-enabled process change initiatives
* Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from **$135,000 to $145,000.
** Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
