* You’ve built a strong foundation in strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional execution and now you want to apply those skills in a dynamic investment environment.
* You’ve worked closely with institutional clients and want to take on a more strategic, entrepreneurial role with broader exposure to investment strategy and business building.
* ** Drive strategic growth:
** Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute client strategy across partner engagement, deal execution, and investment solutioning.

* ** Craft the narrative:
** Develop compelling content and messaging that articulates PGIM’s differentiated value across asset classes, especially in credit, private debt, and real estate.

** Support high-stakes client engagements, from pitch to onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Passion for problem solving with strong communication skills.
* Ability to synthesize complex information for leadership or client audience.
* Executive presence and the composure to interact with senior leaders.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
* Effective team player, able to work with people of all levels.
* High level of self-initiative, with strong integrity and ethics.
* Organized, detail oriented, with strong project management skills.
* Successful track record of working in a team environment.
* Ability to take support a multi-national group.
* Ability to travel as necessary.
* Strong interpersonal, listening and writing skills.
* Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.

Minimum of 2-5 years of institutional client management, investment solutions, management consulting, or other related investment experience.
