** What you will do
** This position is part of the Client Reporting Group which is responsible for designing, preparing and delivering reporting to PGIM’s Institutional, Retail, Affiliate, and Alternative clients globally. The group is responsible for the compilation and distribution of portfolio summary reports, portfolio holdings and transaction reports, fact sheets, board reports, as well as custom client reports. In addition to reporting, the group supports the client portfolio review meeting process, client ad-hoc requests related to portfolio information, and client questionnaires.
The team works closely with Client Management, Client Advisory, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Analysis, Performance, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
This is a hybrid work arrangement and will require working three days in our Newark, NJ office and two days remotely.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $60,000 to $80,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.#

* Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
* Keep abreast of industry initiatives and market trends that impact the business.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing or Business.
* This role is appropriate for someone with 0-2 years applicable work experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivation and ability to work within a team environment.
