Controller, Finance & Banking, CFO

Partnering with a Medical Device company who is looking for a Corporate Controller Consultant to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and internal controls as a key partner to the CFO.

• Financial Reporting: Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensure SOX compliance, and coordinate external and internal audits.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, payroll accounting, and fixed assets; drive standardization and efficiency across the team.
• Technical Accounting: Research complex accounting issues and new pronouncements; develop and maintain company-wide accounting policies.
• Systems & Process Improvement: Lead ERP optimization and reporting tool enhancements to support scalable growth.
• Strategic Partnership: Advise the CFO and senior leadership on financial insights, M&A due diligence, and business planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Finance
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
