Commercial Lending Assistant - C&I​/Middle Market

A growing regional bank is looking to add a Senior Relationship Associate to support their high-performing commercial lending and syndications team. This position will support Relationship Managers with commercial loan closings, portfolio administration, client servicing, and ongoing relationship management across mainly C&I focused lending relationships. • Support Commercial Relationship Managers with loan closings, renewals, modifications, and portfolio management activities.
• Coordinate commercial loan documentation, closing requirements, wire activity, escrow disbursements, etc.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients regarding servicing, payments, treasury requests, and operational inquiries.
• Monitor commercial client accounts and assist with financial information collection, reporting, loan payoffs/paydowns, and portfolio administration.
• Partner with internal departments including Credit, Loan Servicing, Closing, and Treasury Management to support overall client experience.

• 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services industry, with experience in commercial lending, portfolio administration, or loan operations.
• Understanding of commercial lending processes including C&I and CRE transactions.
• Experience in syndicated loans preferred.
