Associate II, Production Operations

What you will be doing

• Balance transactions and reconcile bank client’s daily work
• 10‑Key, data entry and balancing on Windows‑based PC applications
• Work in a team environment to ensure all assigned tasks are completed
• Other related duties as assigned

Entry level Pay:
Monday–Friday 1:00p.m.–9:30p.m. No weekends. On‑site at 101 Woodcrest Road, Suite 201, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient written and oral communication skills with employees and external customers/clients
• High energy and ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of procedures used to segregate and distribute output
• Knowledge of balancing and correction procedures
• Proficiency in entering data into various PC software packages
• Proficiency in classifying computer output
• Knowledge to operate a computer effectively and utilize required software packages

• Banking (preferably teller or operations experience)
• 1 year of data control/encoding experience
• Accounting experience
