- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, assess risk, and support actuarial assumptions.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing, reserving, and forecasting.
- Execute individual account pricing and MGA delegated authority reviews.
- Support pricing and rate change studies, rate filings, and profitability analyses, as well as reserving, financial planning, and risk modelling.
- Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and product teams to provide actuarial insight.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes and data workflows, including developing our corporate data bases.
- Develop predictive claims and pricing models to improve pricing, claims management, and business insights.
- Prepare and present findings to actuarial and business leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of actuarial or related analytical experience preferred.
- Progress toward actuarial designation (e.g., ASA) strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one actuarial/statistical tool such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of insurance products and actuarial techniques in P&C specialty commercial national accounts.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Competitive Compensation Package Includes- Competitive salary commensurate with experience along with a performance‑based bonus.
- Salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, adjusted for experience, location, and other factors.
