Wiss, an early-stage biotech company in New Jersey, is looking for a hands-on Director of Finance and Accounting. This role involves building and scaling the finance functions, establishing accounting policies, and managing complex technical areas, reporting directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will have a CPA, prior Big 4 experience, and 10+ years in Finance within biotech or life sciences, with strong executive presence and communication skills. Competitive salary of $200-$220k plus equity offered.
