  • Maintain and actively manage all loan conditions through closing
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders regarding file status, outstanding items, and timelines
  • Identify and elevate risks related to credit, liquidity, ownership, or documentation gaps
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date loan files within CRM and document management systems
  • Coordinate with closing to ensure files are fully cleared and ready to close
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of loan processing experience (private lending, DSCR, bridge, or construction preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle from post‑LOI through closing
  • Experience reviewing:
  • Entity structures (LLCs, ownership breakdowns, guarantors)
  • Familiarity with title and insurance requirements, including mortgagee clauses and coverage types
  • Experience coordinating third‑party vendors (appraisal, title, insurance, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and problem‑solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Encompass, or similar)

  • Clear and confident communicator who can manage borrower and BD expectations
  • Execution‑focused with a strong sense of urgency
  • Detail‑oriented with a compliance‑driven approach

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and execution
Why Join Us
  • Fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment with strong deal flow
  • Ownership of your pipeline and direct impact on closings
  • Opportunity to shape and improve internal processes
  • High visibility across BD, underwriting, and closing teams
  • Direct impact on company success and revenue generation
  • Structured processes and clear expectations
  • Competitive compensation with performance‑based incentives
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented culture focused on execution and accountability
