Tax Manager RSU

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager who will oversee the income tax compliance and provision process, as well as take part in strategic tax planning and resolve tax audits at the Federal and state level. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are key to success in this position.

• Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Manage federal, state, and local tax payments and correspondence
• Prepare and review income tax provision calculations under IFRS & GAAP
• Coordinate and manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance and reporting
• Develop & manage relationships with outside consultants
• Assist, implement and maintain tax planning strategies to maximize tax saving initiatives
• Ad hoc tax projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA/MST preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of income tax experience in a public accounting or public accounting/private industry setting
• Proficiency with Tax software, One Source, SAP
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
