Beacon Hill is partnering with an organization in Newark, NJ to bring a Finance Assistant to their team. The Finance Assistant supports the organization's finance and administrative functions through data management, reporting, and analysis. If you have 1+ year of experience, please apply!

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support financial and data management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on financial and operational data and escalate discrepancies as needed
  • Prepare recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Assist in analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present key findings in a clear and actionable format
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant data
  • Monitor compliance with reporting requirements and assist in tracking performance metrics across programs or departments
