Position: PGIM: 2027 Private Credit, Investment Analyst Program

Overview

PGIM is the diversified asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU). The 2027 Private Credit, Investment Analyst Program is based in multiple locations including Newark, NJ;
New York, NY;
Atlanta, GA;
Chicago, IL;
Dallas, TX;
Los Angeles, CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Minneapolis, MN. PGIM manages over $1.4 trillion in assets and operates globally across 40 offices in 20 countries. The Private Credit practice provides long-term capital to middle-market companies through private placements, senior secured loans, and mezzanine financings, with over $100 billion managed across 15 offices globally.

Day to Day
  • Start a three-year Analyst Program with structured training and a robust work experience focused on making investments in middle-market companies.
  • Participate in two weeks of in-person training for new analysts followed by an Analyst Conference with the global analyst community.
  • Engage in challenging work as one of the largest investors in private capital markets, with on-the-job experience and formal training.
  • Work on a range of industries, on small teams with direct, daily partnership with senior investment professionals.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-impact environment with exposure to senior executives at portfolio and prospect companies.
  • Experience a fast-paced learning environment that supports work-life balance.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct industry and company research.
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis.
  • Write investment memorandums and recommendations.
  • Manage portfolio relationships and prepare marketing materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
  • All majors welcome; preference for candidates with demonstrated experience or interest in financial markets.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Must possess US employment authorization (Prudential does not sponsor visas for this position).
