• Lead, coach, and develop a team of investment accounting professionals.
• Drive accurate accounting and reporting of complex investment transactions across multiple asset classes and currencies.
• Oversee critical reconciliations and accounting activities to ensure investment records and financial reporting remain accurate and compliant.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes, including month‑end and quarter‑end reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead projects and system enhancement initiatives to strengthen investment accounting capabilities.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring control activities are performed effectively and documentation is maintained.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in investment operations, investment accounting, finance, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of investment products and accounting principles.
• Deep knowledge of various investment security types.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering results in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience with PAM for Investments, Cognos, Oracle, or similar investment accounting and reporting platforms.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

• Experience leading teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to global investment operations and multiple asset classes.

USD $115,000 to $128,000 (based on location, experience, and skills).
