Financial Analyst
PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., is recruiting for a 3‑year Investment Analyst Program focused on Private Credit. The program is available in multiple U.S. locations:
Newark, NJ;
New York, NY;
Atlanta, GA;
Chicago, IL;
Dallas, TX;
Los Angeles, CA;
San Francisco, CA;
Minneapolis, MN.
- Conduct industry and company research to support investment decisions.
- Build financial models and perform analysis of middle‑market targets.
- Draft investment memorandums and recommendations for portfolio teams.
- Manage portfolio relationships and support ongoing monitoring of investments.
- Prepare marketing materials for investment opportunities.
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program with graduation date between December
2026 and May
2027. - Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in financial markets preferred, but all majors welcome.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- U.S. employment authorization; the position does not provide visa sponsorship.
Salary range $80,000 to $100,000, with potential for discretionary annual incentive and benefits. Eligibility to participate in the discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the program rules.
