What You Will Do

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build experience in investment operations, data quality, and financial reporting while supporting PGIM's iRisk Data Integrity Group. You'll work with financial data from Prudential's accounting and trading systems and help ensure that information used across investment and risk reporting is accurate , complete, and reliable.

You'll partner with experienced team members across PGIM Global Services and the Chief Investment Office to learn how investment data supports decision‑making across a global investment management business.

Reliable data is essential to how PGIM manages investments, monitors risk, and supports business decisions. In this role, your work will help strengthen data quality controls and ensure teams have the information they need to operate with confidence .

  • Support daily data quality controls across the iRisk database and related investment systems, including CIO Aladdin.
  • Help identify and research production issues by reviewing data, analyzing trends, and partnering with the right teams to resolve them.
  • Build experience working with financial instruments, investment data, and reporting tools used across PGIM and Prudential.
  • Assist with reporting requests and ad hoc inquiries using tools such as iRisk , Excel, Tableau, Cognos, and related systems.
  • Partner with team members to streamline existing processes, test new enhancements, and support project work.
  • Contribute to the quality and accuracy of data used to support investment risk, reporting, and business decision‑making.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance , Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field .
  • Interest in investment operations, financial data, risk reporting, or asset management.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with data and tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Exposure to investment security types, financial reporting, or investment operations through coursework, internships, or early career experience.
  • Experience with tools such as Aladdin, Cognos, Tableau, PAM for Investments, or similar reporting systems.
  • Curiosity about how financial data flows across investment, accounting, and risk platforms.

Note :
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is fr om $60,000 to $70,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skill s
