Retail Tax Expert

As a Retail Tax Expert at Intuit, you will deliver virtual, one-on-one tax support to Turbo Tax customers nationwide. You'll prepare and review individual returns, answer complex federal and state tax questions, and identify deductions and credits to optimize outcomes. Using Intuit's secure, cloud-based tools, you'll document cases, analyze financial data, and ensure accurate, compliant filings. You'll stay current on changing tax laws, collaborate with peers to improve customer experiences, and thrive in Intuit's inclusive, learning-focused culture that rewards innovation and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual tax preparation and filing support for Turbo
• Tax customers, ensuring accurate and compliant returns
