We are seeking a Investment Analyst Advanced to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IB Operations with derivatives and a proven ability to manage client portfolios, execute accurate fund and investor processing, and deliver timely reporting in a control-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Process accurate and timely fund and investor level activity, including NAV entry, series consolidation, capital activity, and contact/wire updates.

Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients and resolve inquiries across phone and email promptly and accurately.

Perform completeness reviews in a quality assurance capacity for investor and fund activity to ensure work is audit ready.

Produce and review client and investor reporting, including monthly and quarterly statements, contract notes, order acknowledgements, and regulatory reports.

Execute ad-hoc reporting such as board reports, system extracts, K-1 distributions, and audit requests.

Manage final signoff for investor transactions and resolve outstanding documentation, including KYC/AML requirements.

Follow established processes and procedures and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in IB Operations, including 2+ years of derivatives knowledge.

Knowledge of credit default swaps and credit spread products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to controls and audit readiness. Proficiency with fund accounting workflows, client reporting, and investor lifecycle documentation including KYC/AML.

Skills:

Experience with hedge fund operations and investor services platforms.

Background in process improvement within large financial institutions.
