Associate, Retail Separately Managed Accounts
PGIM Custom Harvest is looking for an Associate to focus on Retail Separately Managed Accounts. The Associate will work to strengthen relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied.
PGIM Custom Harvest, a division of PGIM Global Wealth, is a pioneer in the development of tax-beneficial investment strategies using exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for clients seeking improved after-tax outcomes. We provide full exposure to a client-selected benchmark while generating tax alpha through customized SMA portfolios of ETFs. PGIM Custom Harvest manages $7.1 billion on behalf of a wide range of RIAs and wealth managers.
WhatYou Can Expect
- Development and review of client transition proposals with financial advisors for prospective clients
- Preparation and review of client performance reports with financial advisors and PGIM wholesalers for existing clients
- Perform new account analysis and coordinate acceptance
- Liaison with FA/clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Respond to account related inquiries arising from Client Portal
- Ensure the resolution of Financial Advisor/Client inquiries and requests.
- 4+ years of experience in client services within investment management, brokerage, or capital markets
- Demonstrated knowledge of retail separately managed accounts and direct indexing
- Specific knowledge of ETFs and structured products
- Excel data analysis functions (COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, etc)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
- FINRA 7 & 66 licenses
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $75,000 to $105,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
