If so, Prudential's Enterprise Risk Management function is looking for internship candidates interested in gaining foundational knowledge and skills in risk management. Risk Management is at the heart of how Prudential thrives during the constant evolution of the financial and insurance industries, in advances in technology and biometrics, and through changes in global economies and governmental laws.

During our summer internship program, you will gain exposure to a core function of Risk Management while receiving technical and professional skills training.

Summary:

Prudential is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents. You'll be part of a dynamic environment that encourages learning, growth, and networking. This internship is more than just a summer experience; it's your first step towards a potential long-term career with Prudential. We offer opportunities to return as an intern or transition into a full‑time role upon successful completion of the program.

Program Dates:
Monday, June 7th, 2027 – Friday, August 13th, 2027
Final date to receive applications:
Monday, September 28, 2026, at midnight ET (We review applications on a rolling basis and reserve the right to close earlier based on volume or role availability.)

What you can expect:

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Your placement within the Risk Management Internship Program will be in the following area:
Financial Markets

Risk Management:

The pillars of this function are risk quantification, risk constraints (limits), credit analysis, and strategic review of sectors and trends.

What you’ll need:

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029
Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

It’d be a plus if you had:

Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Intellectually curious and open to change
Knowledge of spreadsheet/database software preferred

Familiar and comfortable with quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ability to manage complexity in assignments

Compensation and Benefits:

Note:

The salary range for this role is $34.00-$36.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
