&Partners is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and client-focused Client Service Associate to join a practice in Warren, NJ. This role is an integral part of the client experience and works closely with Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional service while helping manage the day-to‑day needs of their business.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about building strong client relationships. You should be someone who takes initiative, communicates confidently, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll DoPartner with Financial Advisors
- Work closely with Financial Advisors to support business plans and deliver a consistent, elevated client service experience.
- Support new client onboarding, including gathering documentation, preparing account paperwork, and coordinating account openings.
- Assist with account maintenance, investment‑related documentation, and secure transactions involving funds and securities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records and information.
- Coordinate client meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendars, files, and other day‑to‑day administrative needs.
- Proactively identify ways to improve efficiency and support the Financial Advisors and their clients.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client questions and proactively anticipate their needs.
- Guide clients through the firm's products, services, and processes.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
- Authenticate clients and verify appropriate authorization for transactions.
- Monitor client account alerts and ensure information remains accurate across applicable systems.
- Recognize and appropriately elevate matters requiring additional attention, including customer complaints, suspicious activity, trading errors, or potential regulatory or policy violations.
You are a client-first professional who takes pride in doing things the right way. You bring:
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services or securities industry preferred.
- FINRA registration preferred.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment terminology, and financial services practices.
- General understanding of securities regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Strong integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when working with sensitive client and financial information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
