The Senior Director will work closely with Asset-Based Finance leadership to support the management and continued growth of the ABF platform. The role will sit at the intersection of investment management, transaction execution, portfolio management and client engagement. The individual will operate across both the investment and business-management sides of an ABF platform, having strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

This position follows a hybrid work model, with working 3 days in the Newark, NJ office and 2 days remote.

• Portfolio Management & Capital Allocation Support the ABF platform in managing capital allocation, including evaluating investment opportunities relative to portfolio objectives, available capital and client mandates. Assist with portfolio construction, investment pacing and ongoing monitoring of exposures across ABF strategies. Coordinate trade bookings and ensure investments are appropriately reflected across relevant portfolios and accounts.
• Transaction Execution Support transaction execution from investment approval through closing and funding. Coordinate operational workflows associated with new investments, including trade booking, funding mechanics and ongoing transaction administration. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate operational workflows on new investments and ensure accurate bookings / trade details, reporting metrics, and settlement monitoring. Assist with rate hedging and other portfolio-level risk-management activities where appropriate.
• Client Portfolio Management Support discussions with existing clients regarding additional capital allocations and opportunities to expand or upsize ABF mandates. Partner with sales and distribution teams on existing and prospective ABF client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in portfolio management support, structured products, private credit, asset-based finance, or fixed income
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in excel, financial model, Bloomberg, Intex, Aladdin, or similar investment platforms.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of fixed income and structured credit markets.
• Working knowledge of securitization structures and collateral performance metrics.
• Exposure to portfolio risk analytics, investment performance attribution, and valuation processes.
• Experience working with institutional asset management or insurance investment portfolios.

• The annual base salary range for this role is from $200,000 to $215,000.
