Aulo is hiring a talented Nail Technician to join our founding team. We are looking for someone with strong technical skill, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping guests feel polished and cared for. Our nail services are designed to feel restorative and luxurious, blending beauty, relaxation, and precision in every appointment.

• Perform high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including gel manicures, gel pedicures, structured gel overlays, Gel-X extensions, refills, removals, and nail art services

• Provide personalized consultations based on nail health, style preferences, and guest goals

• Maintain exceptional sanitation and cleanliness standards

• Educate guests on aftercare and maintenance between visits

• Create a relaxing, elevated service experience aligned with the Aulo brand

• Support team goals and contribute to a positive studio culture

• Valid New Jersey Nail Technician or Cosmetology license, as applicable

• Experience with gel services, Gel-X, structured gel, and detailed nail prep

• Nail art experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism
