Recruitment Consultant @ Barrington James | Medical communications / Medical AffairsI am looking for a medical affairs manager for a mid sized pharmaceutical company.
This individual will be in charge of the pain team responsible for developing the strategy and the plan.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or relevant healthcare/life sciences experience may be substituted
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
- Operational excellence: management skills, planning, prioritization, decision making, objective setting, meeting management, and plan execution
- Experience with Medical Affairs/Regional Medical Affairs systems, such as Veeva, CRM platforms, Within3, Insights, SharePoint or similar systems
