• Hands‑On ADL Support — Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control — Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard‑free, sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring — Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red‑flag signs for your supervising nurse.
