Assist health care team by providing patient-specific education regarding dialysis adequacy measures and disease process.;
Monitor patient status during treatment and report any unusual findings to the nurse supervisor.;
Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and initiate treatment according to prescribed orders.;
Record and document vital signs, weights, treatment parameters, and post-dialysis assessments accurately.;
Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure supplies and equipment are prepared for treatments.
