Assist other health care members in providing patient-specific education regarding dialysis adequacy measures (OLC, AMP, UKM).;
Welcome assigned patients and inquire about their well-being, reporting concerns to the nurse supervisor.;
Evaluate vascular access patency and report any unusual findings.;
Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight; document results.;
Perform vascular access cannulation and assist with heparin administration as delegated.
