Director of Nursing (DON), Field Clinical LiaisonCarease is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to serve as the clinical eyes and ears in the field. This leader will strengthen relationships with facility leadership, gather meaningful clinical insight, and ensure strong provider alignment across our partner facilities.
This role is ideal for a seasoned DON/ADON with skilled nursing experience who thrives independently and wants to directly impact clinical quality.

- Travel regularly to facilities across NJ (expanding to surrounding states)
- Build strong clinical relationships with facility DONs and administrators
- Understand facility expectations regarding patient care and provider engagement
- Clinical Intelligence & Feedback
- Assess perception and performance of our Nurse Practitioners from a clinical standpoint
- Gather structured clinical feedback from facilities
- Provide clear, objective reporting to Field Operations and the Clinical Director
- Ensure clinical feedback is appropriately directed to providers or leadership
- Active RN license (NJ required; multi-state preferred)
- Prior Director of Nursing/ADON experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong clinical judgment and understanding of post-acute care standards
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Comfortable working independently in a growth-stage environment
- Willing to travel frequently
