Key Responsibilities Oversee operational and technical resources to achieve business objectives for the Medicare Advantage Wrap program Align capabilities and technology within the overall platform to support Medicare Advantage business changes Manage strategic and day-to-day departmental activities, including team development and budget management

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business or related field 12 years of experience with 7 years in management within health care or related fields Experience in Medicare Advantage operations, sales, or compliance Preferred:
Master's degree in business or related field Multistate Medicare experience in market strategy or medical cost management
