Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the intake team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of all intake processes Monitor work quality, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback for team performance improvement Analyze intake performance metrics and collaborate with other departments to enhance workflows and client experience
Required Qualifications and Education 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer support environment Experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of healthcare processes and compliance requirements Understanding of healthcare policies and procedures Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
