Required Qualifications:
RN/BSN or equivalent clinical degree with an active, unrestricted license 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting 2+ years of formal training, facilitation, or clinical education experience Expert-level virtual facilitation skills and ability to manage engagement in complex clinical topics Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable training improvements
