Job DescriptionMetro is looking for a motivated and passionate FULL TIME Physical Therapist to treat in Home Care. With key leadership and an inspiring vision in place, we’re poised for once-in-a-generation growth.
Salary: $85k-100k

- Preference given to see patients in your primary geographic area
- Home health experience is preferred but not required
- We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance. - Accept patients within your geographical area of coverage
- Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs which provide skilled therapy to patients to restore overall function and independence in the home setting.
- Develop a plan of care/goals in consultation with the physician, family and patient.
- Timely and accurate documentation of visit
- Effectively communicating discharge with family members and other team members
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
- NJ Physical Therapist License or eligible.
- Evaluates a patient's need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
