Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services primarily through telehealth, with optional opportunities to provide onsite services at adult day care centers and community-based programs for clinicians interested in in‑person work.

Compensation

$35-$45 per clinical hour/session

Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.

What You'll Do Clinical Services
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
  • Utilize evidence‑based treatment modalities, including:
    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
    • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
    • Solution‑Focused Therapy
    • Trauma‑Informed Care
  • Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals
  • Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
  • Deliver services via secure telehealth platforms and, if desired, onsite at adult day care centers and community‑based partner locations
Collaboration & Care Coordination
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions
  • Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources
  • Support continuity of care and patient advocacy
Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards
  • Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices
Qualifications Required
  • Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:
    • LCSW
    • LSW
    • MSW
    • LPC
    • LAC
    • Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey
  • Ability to provide services through a HIPAA‑compliant telehealth platform
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions
Preferred
  • Outpatient behavioral health experience
  • Community‑based mental health experience
  • Telehealth experience
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations
  • Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
