What You'll Be Responsible For (including, but not limited to):
- Providing personal care, companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
- Supporting clients with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Assisting with meal preparation based on client preferences.
- Offering medication reminders in accordance with care plans.
- Building strong, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Delivering reliable, punctual care for every assigned shift.
- Performing other related duties as needed to support client well-being.
