Certified Home Health Aides Needed in Newark NJ – $20/hr!
Alliance Homecare is looking for dependable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team in Newark, NJ.
We provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, and we're looking for HHAs who take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy helping others.
What we offer:
- Starting pay of $20/hour + Weekly pay
- Flexible shifts – 4 to 12 hour day and night shifts
- Paid orientation
- Health insurance, 401(k), sick pay & holiday pay
What you'll do:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting
- Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Take and record vital signs as directed
- Report changes in condition to the RN
- Provide care according to the client's plan of care
What we're looking for:
- Active New Jersey State HHA Certificate
- 6+ months of HHA experience
- Fluent in English
