Physical Therapist

Living Well Center for Integrative Health is located in Essex Junction Vermont near Burlington.

We pride ourselves on our unique approach to getting patients better faster utilizing a collaborative effort. Our licensed doctors and therapists are experts in treating a wide variety of patients, including those with musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, sprains and strains, balance problems, vertigo, pre and post total joint replacement and other conditions.

Our office culture is one of compassion and caring for our patients as well as each other.

This can be full or part-time on-site Physical Therapist role. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care utilizing general physical therapy, rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. You will also be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing education and support to patients and their families as well as communicating with other Living Well team members.

• Strong knowledge of Medicine and Physical Therapy

• Active Vermont State Physical Therapy licensure or eligible to obtain VT State license
