United Airlines – Italian‑Speaking Flight Attendant

We are seeking fluent Italian speakers for a flight attendant role. No college degree or aviation background required.

Training

Your training begins in Houston, Texas, lasting 6.5 weeks.

  • Weekly stipend of $140
  • Dual‑occupancy hotel accommodations
  • Breakfast daily; lunch or dinner per schedule
  • Upon completion, receive $1,000 bonus

Qualifications
  • 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
  • Minimum one year customer service experience
  • Fluent in English and Italian (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Clear communication and loud voice in emergencies
  • Excellent hearing and calm under stress
  • Professional appearance; strict uniform and grooming rules
  • Legal US work authorization
  • Valid passport with 18+ months validity; unrestricted global travel eligibility
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 250 lbs, meet reach and jump‑seat requirements
  • Ability to serve and sell food, beverages, and alcohol
  • Flexible schedule for reserve assignments and 24/7 operations
Pre‑Employment Requirements
  • DOT drug screen (no marijuana)
  • Comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting, including a 10‑year check
  • Vision and hearing tests meeting FAA standards
  • Water evacuation drill (swimming required)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting hourly flight pay $28.88 – $67.11 with seniority
