As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to support our expanding talent needs and help us attract top technical professionals.

As a Technical Recruiter
, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and IT teams to identify, attract, interview, and onboard top technical talent while continuously enhancing recruitment strategies and employer branding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications for various technical positions.
  • Source qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, Linked In, referrals, and branding initiatives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support onboarding and new hire integration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within technical and professional communities to develop talent pipelines.
  • Draft and post recruitment advertisements across digital and print platforms.
  • Represent Beacon Fire at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
  • Stay current with recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in technical hiring.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
