In dieser Rolle werden Sie Teil des HR Teams und arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitern zusammen. Sie beraten in personellen Maßnahmen, steuern den Recruitingprozess und fördern die Employee Experience. Voraussetzung sind ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Personalbereich, mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht.
Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke sind entscheidend.
