HR & Payroll Coordinator- BILINGUAL SPANISH (Part-Time, On-Site Contract)
Pay: Up to 25 per hour

Part-Time - 3 Days/Week, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to manage weekly payroll and support daily HR operations. This on‑site, part‑time role collaborates closely with HR Business Partner and business leaders across finance, sales, production, quality, and warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and thrives in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Payroll & HR Administration- Process weekly payroll for a majority hourly workforce.
- Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and PTO balances.
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, leaves of absence, and performance matters.
- Document and report employee relations issues.
- Assist with temporary staffing needs as required.
- Provide HR support to managers across multiple departments including production, quality, sales, finance, and warehouse.
- Provide general office support including front desk coverage and clerical tasks.
- Perform additional duties or special projects assigned by the Company.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist duties and payroll administration.
- Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws
. - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
. - Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Proficient in MS Office
, especially Excel. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills.

$24.00 to $25.00 per hour
