Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to growth, we are seeking an HR Manager to join our HR staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support organizational goals and ensure legal compliance.
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and development planning.
  • Direct compensation, benefits, and HR operations while analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

Position reports to Corporate HR Manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • 7+ years experience in high-volume or food production environment
  • Experience with payroll (ADP)
  • 3+ years managing HR staff
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
Salary and Benefits

Salary up to $100k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.

Pay Details

$80,000.00 to $ per year
