Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 per year
SBM's Talent Acquisition team is growing—We're seeking brand representatives and strategic recruiting partners to hire for corporate and operations leaders across the U.S.
This role will partner closely with Corporate and Operations leadership to build partnerships, preemptively address hiring needs through pipeline development, and champion a business understanding of complex and multi‑operational client portfolios.
What You’ll Do- Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
- Support the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
- Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
- Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
- Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
- Organized and energetic with a passion for recruiting, outreach, and engagement.
- Confident in presenting active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives.
- Strategic and adaptable to learning and supporting portfolios across fields to hire optimal industry‑specific talent.
This position is essential as both a brand representative and a strategic partner to introduce new leaders to SBM and driving industry‑specific recruiting operations. Functioning as a Talent Partner, this position will ensure that SBM continues to recruit top talent to serve our clients world‑class operations and management.
Job OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for organizing recruitment and job placement activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support and implement programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement.
- Conduct full life‑cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, applicant assessment, selection, hiring and onboarding) for assigned divisions and corporate positions.
- Manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems.
- Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires.
- Coach and counsel managers on matters related to candidate attraction and identification, selection, onboarding, compensation, and general management practices consistent with personnel policies and applicable employment laws.
- Passively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Foster long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Provide status updates and reports to give visibility of performance to the TA team and hiring managers on a weekly basis.
- Develop pipelines of qualified candidates for key positions. Advise and assist departments in candidate identification and selection decisions based on candidate performance indicators, EEO/AA, and fair employment practices.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Travel to support recruiting events as needed.

Education and/ or
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four‑year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
