Sr. HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish) – Red Bank, NJ

LHH is proactively recruiting for a Sr. HR Generalist near Red Bank, NJ. This position is Direct Hire (Perm) position, onsite. The anticipated salary range is between $90,000-$150,000 depending on experience. Need someone to start ASAP. • Will be handling recruitment with job postings, screening, and interviewing
• New Hire Orientation
• Enhance company culture
• Employee relations
• Manage performance of employees
• Will handle employee benefits programs, health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
• Answer employee questions pertaining to benefits
• Understanding local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
• Help with strategizing the HR Department
• Will oversee the payroll

• Must have bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration
• 6-8 years background in HR position preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suites
• Must be organized
• Have great communications both verbal and written
• Must be Bilingual Spanish
