Rate: $25/hr on W2

Description:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
• Must have good understanding of technology hiring across industries. Must have knowledge of evolving technologies- digital, Infrastructure, application development, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and tracking.

• Hands on, end to end recruitment experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global environment
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and hiring for emerging and niche skill sets, including AI, GenAI, data, and advanced digital roles
• Experience recruiting for AI driven technologies such as machine learning, data science, cloud based AI platforms, automation, and analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and hiring data
• Knowledge of EEO guidelines and compliant hiring practices
