On-Site Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Abacus Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across multiple client locations throughout the Port Redding metro area. This role requires a flexible professional who can travel between 2-3 sites
, including locations in metro Miami area.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish
, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide support for scheduling and attendance issues
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communications
• Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Manage employee records, schedules, and client communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Support recruiting and workforce management initiatives as needed
• Travel between multiple work sites throughout the Orlando area

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience in staffing, workforce management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) required
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites
