Pay Rate: $65-$75 per hour on W2. No C2C

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Security, Delivery, and Portfolio (SDP) team. This role focuses on driving operational sustainability initiatives across enterprise infrastructure, including End-of-Life (EOL) remediation, vulnerability remediation, compliance, modernization, and process improvements
.

The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, technical fluency in infrastructure environments, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple medium to large-scale IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution
  • Perform application and infrastructure architecture assessments and help define solutions to complex technical problems
  • Design, customize, and execute migration and remediation workflows
  • Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, scope, budget, and timelines
    , implementing contingency plans as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across business units to drive remediation, modernization, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Monitor progress, identify issues early, and course-correct to ensure successful delivery
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and presentations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Navigate organizational complexity and remove obstacles to keep initiatives moving forward
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale IT infrastructure projects or programs
  • Experience working in financial services or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure modernization, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Results-driven mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Experience in Vulnerability Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale remediation or modernization initiatives
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
